PAYMENTS

A half deposit is necessary at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be settled on or before the day of the shoot.

TARDINESS

The session will be cancelled if the client exceeds a 30-minute delay. Additionally, a $20 surcharge will be imposed on sessions where the client is more than 15 minutes late. Please be aware that the session's duration will not be extended to accommodate client lateness.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event that you are unable to attend your scheduled photo session, any deposits made will be considered as a cancellation fee. To receive credit towards a future session or a partial refund, a minimum of 72 hours' notice of cancellation is required. Failure to provide notice within 24 hours of the session will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, but the client will have the option to reschedule for free within a 3-month period based on the photographer's availability.

GUESTS

For outdoor activities, we suggest having a small group of 2-4 people. This ensures that the focus remains on capturing quality pictures and prevents us from shooting less than expected. However, the decision is ultimately yours, and you are welcome to bring the entire family if you prefer.

For indoor studio shoots, it is recommended to limit the number of guests to 2-5, unless they are being photographed.

Makeup artists and hairstylists are welcome to join the set. Please note that the photographer is not responsible for providing any additional props or accessories before or during the session. It is important to properly prepare for the shoot to avoid any inconvenience for the photographer.
